mawei e2a6781606 fix(fonts): 字体生成脚本从 .mo 改为读 .po 以包含 dragonpilot 中文字符 
_dragonpilot_chars() 原读 .mo 文件，但仓库中只有 .po 无 .mo，
导致 dragonpilot 的 150+ 翻译项的中文字符未被编入字库 atlas，
中文设置下显示为'?'。
改为解析 .po 文件提取 msgstr 字符。需要设备上重新 scons 编译才能生效。

- mici 设置界面：删除 firehose 按钮和 FirehoseLayout 导入
- 旧设置界面：删除 Firehose 面板注册、PanelType.FIREHOSE 枚举
- 主页：Firehose 快捷入口改为打开 Toggles

mawei 91b061a36d 修复 dragonpilot 翻译加载：从 .mo 改为 .po 解析 
问题：dragonpilot 自定义设置（ALKA、AEM、ACM 等 150+ 功能项）
设置中文后仍显示英文。

根因：DpMultilang._ensure_loaded() 只加载 .mo 编译文件，
但仓库中从未生成 .mo 文件，导致 dragonpilot 翻译永远加载
不到，全部回退到英文原文。

修复：改用基础层已有的 load_translations() 直接解析 .po 文件，
与 openpilot 基础层机制保持一致。
