feat(i18n): 完整汉化 + 替换中文字体（NotoSansSC 子集）

汉化:
- app_zh-CHS.po 从 182 条翻译扩展至 519 条（+1241/-38）
- 覆盖所有功能名称、设置项描述、系统提示等

字体:
- 替换 unifont.otf（5.1MB 像素字体）→ unifont.ttf（426KB NotoSansSC 子集）
- 矢量字体渲染更清晰圆润，体积仅原来的 1/12
- 在设备运行 process.py 后生效
