* On supported cars openpilot will decide what speed to drive intelligently based on the scene, including:
* stopping at red lights, and going at green lights
* slowing down for curves
* adjusting speed based on surrounding traffic
* This behavior was previously available in openpilot's beta mode called "experimental mode", but now is now out of beta and always enabled
* With openpilot deciding which speed to drive the car's cruise speed is treated as a maximum speed openpilot will not exceed
