修复 dragonpilot 翻译加载：从 .mo 改为 .po 解析
问题：dragonpilot 自定义设置（ALKA、AEM、ACM 等 150+ 功能项）
设置中文后仍显示英文。
根因：DpMultilang._ensure_loaded() 只加载 .mo 编译文件，
但仓库中从未生成 .mo 文件，导致 dragonpilot 翻译永远加载
不到，全部回退到英文原文。
修复：改用基础层已有的 load_translations() 直接解析 .po 文件，
与 openpilot 基础层机制保持一致。
