c++ replay: improve seeking&updating events (#22319)
* improve seeking * qDebug * cleanup * wait on cv robust * Trailing underscores for member variables * group log variables * small cleanup,remove unnecess std::atomic * remove debug output * fix seek problem * add comment * better lambda * faster seek.don't block stream thread if segment already loaded * remove assert
