bug: Fix "Default" interactivity timeout display ( #1154 )

If param `InteractivityTimeout` does not exist, timeoutValue == "",
resulting in the Interactivity Timeout UI displaying "s" by default.
Fix displayed "Default" by checking for "0" or "".
