Danny c777a9ec8a iOS: Add the Galaxy companion with live device pages and CarPlay 
Add LAN and Bluetooth connections, secure pairing, device-matched Galaxy page
caching, phone location and CarPlay navigation. Include connection recovery,
diagnostics, regression tests and a simulator CI build. Add shared companion
docs and host tests, and remove obsolete bundled-web lint exceptions.

Register vehicle controls, planner modes, UI actions and Galaxy services after their providers exist. Wire the shared runtime entrypoints and cover their combined behavior.

Keep official openpilot ancestry and dependency licenses. Store resources directly in Git, remove LFS setup requirements, and leave the downloadable big model outside the source tree.
