whoisdomi 85e3222810 Improve profile-limited takeoffs 
Adapt PR #226 stationary lead release and breakaway to the global Faster Takeoffs toggle. Preserve strict freshness, committed-stop clearance, selected acceleration profiles and planner bounds. PR #218 launch admission is already implemented through the same optional path.
