Android Auto config v4: move sync-readback configs back to async
...
Version 3 configs that turned gpu_nv12/async_readback off did so while a
failed async readback still crashed the car view. Now that it only drops the
frame, older files get today's defaults (both on); from v4 on a saved value
is a real choice again.

Car view: drop a frame on a failed async readback instead of crashing
...
A failed GPU wait (GL_WAIT_FAILED as openpilot went onroad) raised out of the
renderer, three crashes in a row exhausted its restart budget and the car
showed 'display unavailable'. Now the frame is dropped, the GL error is
logged with it, and after three consecutive failures the session switches to
synchronous readback.

Fix Android Auto start screen logo and font paths
...
BASEDIR is the repo root, but assets live under openpilot/ in this layout,
so the logo and both fonts were never found and the car showed tiny
default-font text only.

Restart soundd and android_autod after a crash
...
Both can crash at boot before their hardware is ready: android_autod when
bluetoothd is not up yet (NoSuchUnit / adapter unavailable while restoring
a phone-role journal left by a reboot mid-projection), soundd when the audio
stream is not active. The manager never restarted them, so Android Auto was
dead and selfdrived refused to engage for the rest of the drive.
