Portuguese: add e2e long translations (#25650)

* fix and improve pt-BR translation

* Shorter phrase for Finish Setup

* Concluir are better than Encerrar bacause means sucessfuly

* improve pt-BR, DEVbrazilians use english as default

* fix "atualizador" text cutoff

* miss mark as finish on qt linguist

* translate to pt-BR the e2e_long toggle
