- add openpilot/system/ui/lib/ui_stream.py: MJPEG server on :8082 with async JPEG encode (no render-thread stall) + telemetry writer - application.py: STREAM=1 hooks - init attr, start server in init_window (create render texture if needed), capture frame before _monitor_fps - launch_env.sh: STREAM=1 default (STREAM=0 disables), port 8082, quality 50, 10 fps
