_dragonpilot_chars() 原读 .mo 文件，但仓库中只有 .po 无 .mo， 导致 dragonpilot 的 150+ 翻译项的中文字符未被编入字库 atlas， 中文设置下显示为'?'。 改为解析 .po 文件提取 msgstr 字符。需要设备上重新 scons 编译才能生效。
