In case sync trigger is enabled, then DCS commands are only
sent for both the DSI controller when transfer call for the
second DSI controller happens. So in that case do not print
error log for the first controller if DCS command is not sent.

In the current implementation DSI driver is masking the
fake ACK and overflow errors that might occur during if
BTA mechanism is used to check ESD. But if register read
mechanism is used to check ESD, then also embedded BTA will
be triggered and fake ACK and overflow errors might be
reported. Mask the same for register based ESD check also.

A fence_get on the release fence is performed before
queueing the blit work to make sure that the fence is
not released before the wait is completed during sync blit.

Add change to exit the DSI ULPS mode after enabling the DSI
escape clock and before enabling the DSI PLL. Check for the
DSI PLL unlock error bit and clear it before enabling the
DSI PLL to avoid false error interrupt after turning on
the PLL.

Currently the fence fd is installed too early. This can cause a
use after free problem if the fence fd is closed in some other thread.
This change will install the fence fd where it is required and
eliminates the problem.

In scenarios where system is running low on memory, the
sglist allocation during sg_table cloning was failing as
there was no order 4 pages available. The cloned list is
only used for iommu map/unmap SW ops and not used by HW.
So it's safe to use physically noncontinuous sglist.
Thus replacing kmalloc with vmalloc for sglist allocation.

and we may need to invert this gpio according to HW design,
so add support for that.

In the current implementation, if a DSI panel does not explicitly
specify the minimum supported refresh rate, then it is set to
48 by default. This is incorrect since many panels may not support
that low of a refresh rate. Fix this by setting the default value
to the panel's actual refresh rate.

If wrong parameters are set on the dtsi to configure the
esd, a null pointer access can happen. Fix this to make
sure we check for valid pointers and otherwise just
throw an error, but not access an invalid pointer.

When parsing topology dtsi struct the return value gets set while
checking for qcom,split-mode. When this node and DSC construct
are not present, the rc value gets set as INVALID incorrectly.
This change prevents that scenario.

Some panels need to send the dcs commands for mode
switch in HS mode instead the default LP mode due time
constraints. Add entries so the panels can be configured
to HS mode if required for the mode switch.

The reference count for fbmem buf is not increased before use,
which means it can be get freed unintentionally when the reference
count is decreased to "0". In this case, there is possibility of
use after free. Ensure that fbmem buf refcount is incremented
before use mdp3 driver.

Fix compilation errors for MDP3 with SMMU changes and remove
deprecated iommu references. Align to mdss sync functionalities
in place of software sync and also calculate threshold value to
create fences.

The caller could have a small buf passed (less then < blen).
Since, the length of count and blen is not checked, it can
write beyond the end of buf.
