In some scenarios such as USBCV tests, multiple set_alt
could be issued with same interface setting. In that case,
driver get the usage count in set_alt but do not put it.
This causes a mismatch of usage count and DWC3 LPM does
not work anymore. Fix this by adding check in qdss_set_alt to
ignore multiple set_alts.

Currently f_qdss driver not supported in full-speed mode. This results
in Chapter 9 USB2 CV Other Speed Configuration Test failures with qdss
composition. Hence added full speed descriptors support in qdss driver.

ehci shutdown callback can access registers with the clocks
turned off if the USB controller is in low power mode. Check
HCD_FLAG_HW_ACCESSIBLE flag before accessing any register.

Move the compilation of u_data_ipa.c driver from QCRNDIS config
to RMNET_BAM config. This helps in reducing memory footprint on
targets which use RNDIS via SW transport path, since we do not
have to compile QCRNDIS to compile IPA USB driver.

Driver registers net device in bind but does not unregister it on
driver unbind. Upon composition switch rndis net device is no
longer in use, hence unregister and free it in driver unbind.
Unregistering net device sends notification to user space which
can be used by user space entities to perform necessary actions
for example updating UI. Symmetrically allocate and register net
device in driver bind.

Currently driver is using power supply property to query
USB connector type. But on some targets power supply property
may not be available. Hence pass the connector type info from
HW platform specific device tree file using qcom,connector-type-uAB
property.

If DP adaptor sends ATTENTION command before USB PD driver sends
DISCOVER_IDENTITY command, TX command is being aborted and freed.
Due to this, DP adaptor is not getting detected as vdm state
machine is stuck at VDM_NONE. Fix it by dropping ATTENTION command
in this case unless atleast one SVID handler is discovered/connected.

ChipIdea controller can be queued a maximum packet size of 16KB.
If a request larger than this size arrives on IN endpoint,
request is failed. Fix this by limiting the max request size to
16k if the controller is ChipIdea.

There is a possibility of PMI detecting SDP as a floating charger
when connected to a PC. Workaround this issue by starting
peripheral stack for floating charger as well. After 10 sec check
for USB device enumeration using gadget USB state. If device is
indeed connected to SDP gadget usb state will be
USB_STATE_DEFAULT or higher.

USB PD driver calls restart_usb_host_mode callback to start host mode
in high speed to release SS lanes. If current maximum speed is same
as requested maximum speed i.e HIGH speed, then return zero instead
of ERROR to notify as success.

During insertion of DP adaptor, our target might start in SINK mode
as well. In that case, DP adaptor sends DR_SWAP to change data role
from UFP to DFP. While starting host mode, driver is not clearing
ss_lane_svid variable due to which usb_pd_release_ss_lanes() will
return -EBUSY even though DP client is requesting. Fix the issue by
clearing ss_lane_svid in reset_vdm_state() unconditionally.

As part of the USB MSCV testing, the host issues random commands and
expects the device to respond, but the device is not able to respond
to these commands, since the endpoints are not enabled due to the
thread latency and hence the compliance testing is failing. Hence
enabling/disabling the endpoints in interrupt context.
This change fixes device panic issue where mass storage thread gets
schedule late enough and try to disable USB endpoint when USB controller
driver is already into low power mode.

Currently we do not mark the gadget state to NOT_ATTACHED on
peripheral cable disconnect. Then if a floating charger cable is
connected, then the gadget state remains CONFIGURED and floating
charger detect work is not able to detect it as floating charger.
Fix this by marking gadget state to NOT_ATTACHED on cable
disconnect.

Currently, the f_mtp driver marks the mtp_tx_req_len to 1M.
As a result, file transfer from device to host PC fails for
devices using ChipIdea controller since it does not allow request
length greater than 16k for IN Endpoint. Hence, to allow such
file transfers, limit Tx req length to 16k.

if USB bus reset is received from Host in middle of control transfer
request, SW needs to complete pending control transfer and setup core
for next setup stage as per data book. Hence check ep0 state during
reset interrupt handling and make sure active transfers on ep0 out/in
endpoint are stopped by queuing ENDXFER command for that endpoint
and restart ep0 out again to receive next setup packet.

Currently we assign the FS, HS and SS descriptors in bind_config
unconditionally. If the max supported speed is high, then bind
function does not allocate SS descriptors but the unbind function
calls usb_free_all_descriptors which results in slab error since
the SS descriptors exist anyway.
Fix this by assigning any function descriptors during bind only.

Currently, the UDC gadget is being deleted before removing the
child nodes which lead to 'no directory exists' sysfs warning.
Fix this by unregistering UDC only after its child nodes are removed.

BAM is used only in USB BAM mode. If platform has BAM enabled
by default in peripheral mode then it may slow down DDR access
by USB and also observing throughput degradation for software path
transfers. Since, USB legacy mode doesn't use BAM2BAM mode disable
the same for USB legacy mode and enable USB BAM based on composition.

As a part of notifying charger current to power supply, we first
set POWER_SUPPLY_PROP_ONLINE property which may not be supported
resulting in error path and SDP_CURRENT_MAX property not being
set at all. Fix this by not setting ONLINE property. Also,
refactor the code to vote for charging current only in SDP mode.
