Update Ray PID and pedal commands with matching native track caps, Mach-E unwind handling, Bolt ACC-pedal stopping hold, and Ascent secondary LKAS alerts through the registered vehicle owners. Preserve other vehicle limits and the existing fault, identity, and command-admission checks.
