dirwin31 5b52ff4bc8 Android Auto config v4: move sync-readback configs back to async ...

Version 3 configs that turned gpu_nv12/async_readback off did so while a
failed async readback still crashed the car view. Now that it only drops the
frame, older files get today's defaults (both on); from v4 on a saved value
is a real choice again.
