Renew the existing activity timer only during active offroad game ticks. Observe only the exact game-owned Offroad request and restore Auto after continuous fresh all-Panda ignition-off, closed game, stopped driving services and healthy noOutput through the existing owner transaction. Ordinary exit, stale data, reconnect and external mode changes never restore Auto. UI restart does not adopt a previous game request. 142 source-bound focused cases, original timeout regression, lint/type checks and independent source/evidence review. Synthetic host lifecycle qualification only; no device changes or new physical/headroom claim.
