Both can crash at boot before their hardware is ready: android_autod when
bluetoothd is not up yet (NoSuchUnit / adapter unavailable while restoring
a phone-role journal left by a reboot mid-projection), soundd when the audio
stream is not active. The manager never restarted them, so Android Auto was
dead and selfdrived refused to engage for the rest of the drive.
Connect shared feature owners to vehicle and control processes. Migrate retired settings once before startup consumers while preserving effective preferences and vehicle-specific numeric adjustments.
