Feature registration
Register vehicle controls, planner modes, UI actions and Galaxy services after their providers exist. Wire the shared runtime entrypoints and cover their combined behavior.

Define persistent settings, typed schema fields and storage migrations before feature owners consume them. Keep calibration and parameter readers aligned with the shared data contracts.
